Once an order has been placed we work as fast as possible to get our orders out for dispatch.

In the event that you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately, however once the order has been processed we can not guarantee a cancellation. In this instance we ask you to refuse delivery then it will be returned to us then we can process your refund.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if you do not receive them within the guaranteed time of 14 days (usually 1 to 5 Days), you receive the wrong item or you have simply changed your mind and do not wish to keep the product you have received.

You MUST contact us for a shipping label via email : [email protected], we operate a FREE RETURNS POLICY, (All items must be unused with all packaging/tags still attached and any free gifts)(Should your refund application be successful your refund/s will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the item)

If the returned item has signs of use,

We do not refund any shipping fees that were paid when the item was ordered.

IF YOU PURCHASED ITEMS IN A DISCOUNTED BUNDLE ie : “2 FOR £70” etc AND YOU RETURN ONE ITEM YOU WILL LOSE THE BUNDLE DISCOUNT OFF YOUR REFUND.

Or if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)

We do not refund any shipping fees that were paid when the item was ordered.
